24 Weeks

I am 24 weeks pregnant now. In a few weeks I will be in my 3rd trimester! I can't believe how quickly time is passing! Little baby Bertelsen weighs just over a pound and is about a foot long. He has gained 4 ounces since last week! Neal and I are taking a birth preparation class which we are really enjoying. I am amazed at how much there is to learn when I have already been pregnant and had a baby! We haven't been that great about taking pictures of me, but these were from just a day or two ago. I was grocery shopping the other day and somebody asked when I was due. It was the first time someone said something to me about being pregnant. It made me realize that I really am showing!

So here I am, 24 weeks, looking obviously pregnant. :)

A friends sister just had her baby at 24 weeks, a UTI made her go into labor and deliver. He was just over a pound. How lucky we are for great technology that is helping keep the baby alive. Everyday in the womb is a blessing. And yes, you do look like you are pregnant.

that's what I looked like at 24 weeks,too! Good thing you'll be gettig a big tub of maternity clothes in the mail soon! I just wish I had some more wintery thugs to send you. There were a few things.
