Pictures of Leland

Our sweet angel baby.

I haven't been the best at taking pictures lately. I am trying though! Our family is still getting used to having a baby around. Leland had his days and nights mixed up for a few days so we were TIRED in the beginning. Caius is sticking to his schedule and continues to be a very happy little boy. Neal took a little lighter load this semester at school so he has been able to be home with us a lot, and we have needed him here! I feel like I forgot a lot about having a newborn. I have been tired but happy. I think I have been recovering a lot faster than I did with Caius. It helps that I didn't break my tailbone this time! I did discover though, that through my pregnancy I had Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction which is basically severe pubic pain during pregnancy because of excessive levels of hormones, extra sensitivity to hormones, or a pelvis that is out of alignment. I guess once my body is purged of all my pregnancy hormones, it will get better, but in the meantime, I am still dealing with it. Hopefully it will go away soon!

Our family is doing really well and we love having our new baby here with us!

Congratulations! I'm so excited for you guys. He is adorable. I'm glad Neal is able to be home and help out a lot. Those first few months of adjusting to a newborn can be rough. I'm glad you're doing good though. Good luck on getting more sleep and I hope your litte problem takes care of itself.
