Caius

Caius has been spending a lot of time at our front window. Whenever our neighbors go somewhere we see them walking down to their cars, and Caius loves to say "hi" through the window. Then he runs to the door and tries to open it, or he yells something to his friends in Caius language. We can't wait for SUMMER! We will spend a lot of time outside playing in the yard with our friends. We are also going to take our swimming class again, so we'll go swimming everyday for a couple of weeks. We are all excited for that!

Caius gets a little crazy sometimes, and now that he is bigger and can really control his body, he gets to whatever he wants pretty easily! Neal wasn't handling this very well one evening so he tied Caius to the living room chair with my moby wrap. It actually kind of worked. Caius stood there and watched TV for about 10 minutes and calmed himself down.
We gave Caius another diaper hat! We thought he looked like a little girl wearing a swim cap. :) Isn't he so cute!?

When Caius goes crazy on us, I like to call him our little Tasmanian Devil. It's like he is whirlwinding through the house from one thing to the next, messing everything up in his wake.

But the thing is, he's not a bad boy. He's just a boy. And it's not that he can't sit still, because when I make him sit still, it's like he realizes "Oh yeah, this isn't so bad either". He loves to sit still and watch tv or pretend he's playing video games with his fake controller. I love little Caius. He's a baby after my own heart.

how funny. lets hope the moby "keeper" works when he's a teenager, too.
